Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer responsible for providing product and technical knowledge to support sales and customer deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform needs analyses and develop strategic business and technical solutions
• Participate in product release cycles, including requirement gathering and user acceptance testing
• Support the sales team with product modifications and provide technical expertise for custom projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in solution engineering and technical problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary
