Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion for U.S.-Mexico surface transportation
- Develop and execute Mexico-focused go-to-market strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Cultivate executive-level relationships and mentor cross-border sales teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in cross-border logistics or transportation sales focused on U.S.-Mexico freight
- Proven success in business development or strategic sales leadership roles within a 3PL/4PL environment
- Strong understanding of U.S.-Mexico freight regulations and customs processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
