Key Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and support a team of 10-15 across multiple sales channels
- Drive volume and unit growth through new originations and renewals
- Oversee daily workflows, lead tracking, reporting, and adherence to sales processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in small business lending or a similar industry
- 2+ years of proven sales leadership experience at a team lead, manager, or director level
- Hands-on experience managing daily sales operations, including lead assignments and performance coaching
- Experience working across multiple sales channels
- Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree
