Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with multiple client decision-makers
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying upsell opportunities based on their business goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue expansion targets and maximize client lifetime value
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years experience as a strategic account manager or in a similar role
  • Proven experience managing key accounts with annual revenues ranging from $100k to $1M
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and technical deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple decision-makers and customer account plans simultaneously
  • Strong selling skills with a passion for discussing strategic terms
