Job Summary
A company is looking for a Capital Markets Director, Institutional Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with various institutions to drive growth
- Design and implement proactive sales strategies, meeting revenue and mandate targets
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to execution, including structuring and negotiating transactions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in institutional relationship management and transaction management
- Deep industry knowledge of investment products and marketplace lending
- Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting; MBA/CFA preferred
- Established network of industry relationships and stakeholders
