Revenue Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to support revenue teams and enhance their efficiency through various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with business partners to facilitate deal support and approvals
• Reviewing and completing quote and deal support requests while ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Developing reports and dashboards to address business questions for the executive team and revenue organization

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• Solid understanding of Salesforce; Admin certification is strongly preferred
• Experience with SaaS tech stack administration (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, RingLead)
• High proficiency in Google Sheets and BI/Analytics tools
• Understanding of key SaaS business metrics and their practical application
