Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for growth in the non-profit sector
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, developing sales plans and KPIs
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, ensuring alignment across teams and maintaining accurate sales data
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18+ years of industry experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role
- Experience in selling technology solutions within the non-profit domain for at least 3 years
- Proven experience in selling complex software solutions and digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise across the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
