A company is looking for a Renewal Manager to secure and grow recurring revenue for existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive successful renewal events and ensure timely booking of renewal orders
- Forecast recurring revenue/bookings and identify at-risk renewals to implement remediation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize selling opportunities and account retention
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in renewals within a global technology organization or equivalent sales experience
- Undergraduate degree
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding established renewal goals
- Experience in managing customer/partner relationships in similar roles
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
