Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producer I (Inside Sales).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls/emails and close new business from the program division
• Manage 5 to 15 new business inquiries daily while tracking workload effectively
• Build relationships with new and existing clients, demonstrating integrity and proactivity

Required Qualifications

• Current State of California Department of Insurance Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred but not necessary
• Completed a four-year college degree or currently pursuing one
• At least 1 year of experience as a property and casualty account manager or client manager preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with the ability to operate with minimal supervision
