Job Summary
A company is looking for an Opportunity Coordinator to support bid and proposal management functions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist team members with large RFP responses, including questionnaire completion and managing legal reviews
- Support foundational tasks outside of bids to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in development activities and improvement projects within the global Opportunity Management Team
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a support or coordination role in a bidding or sales environment
- Proven track record of completing customer questionnaires
- Experience in project management
- Proficient in online tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, and SalesForce
- Able to manage multiple projects in a client-focused, deadline-driven environment
