Job Summary

A company is looking for an Opportunity Coordinator to support bid and proposal management functions remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist team members with large RFP responses, including questionnaire completion and managing legal reviews
  • Support foundational tasks outside of bids to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in development activities and improvement projects within the global Opportunity Management Team
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a support or coordination role in a bidding or sales environment
  • Proven track record of completing customer questionnaires
  • Experience in project management
  • Proficient in online tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, and SalesForce
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a client-focused, deadline-driven environment
