Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble lien documentation packets for processing
- Verify payment information from customers
- Prepare and submit lien releases
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of accounting or financial processes
- Solid administrative experience with data entry and document preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (basic use)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Previous experience in collections or lien processing is a plus
