A company is looking for a Small Business Analyst to support growth in the U100 markets through analysis and strategic implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in building expertise in U100 and SBS platforms, conducting training for partners
- Conduct thorough data analysis on small business metrics to identify trends and insights for business decisions
- Lead or support key projects aimed at improving U100/SBS, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business, sales, data analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of business processes and financial principles relevant to brokers, GAs, and SMBs
- Ability to obtain a Life, Accident, and Health License within 90 days of employment
- Active life, health, and P&C insurance licenses preferred
