Key Responsibilities

• Provide Cisco Collaboration support and troubleshooting for various systems
• Lead resolution efforts and apply problem-solving methodologies
• Collaborate with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Sole U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a government security clearance
• Experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies (e.g., CUCM, UCCE/X, Unity Connection)
• Cisco Network Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are preferred
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and support of Cisco systems
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
