A company is looking for a Life Insurance BPS Operation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate business process improvement projects to enhance customer and client experience
- Support the identification and execution of process optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in the Insurance industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in the Life Insurance Industry
- Proven experience in business process services and analysis
- Proficiencies in process analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Must have a valid indefinite US work permit
