A company is looking for a Lifecycle Campaign Manager in Health & Wellness (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multi-channel automation workflows for customer onboarding, retention, and product review acquisition
- Execute comprehensive retention strategies to reduce churn and maximize customer lifetime value
- Build and optimize a loyalty and rewards program to enhance customer retention and repeat purchases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in email/SMS lifecycle automated campaigns and loyalty programs
- 3-5 years managing a product review platform
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral targeting
