Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Lifecycle Marketing team and manage campaign performance for assigned products
- Identify and prioritize high-impact customer communication opportunities while managing project backlogs
- Supervise Lifecycle Marketing Specialists in executing multi-channel campaigns and reporting on performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or strategic marketing roles, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of customer marketing strategies and email marketing best practices
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and adaptability to new technologies
- Solid analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems
