Job Summary
A company is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager with brand-side experience in the CPG, food, beverage, and/or spirits space.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for influencer retainer clients and build trust
- Develop strategies and engagement tactics for influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals
- Manage influencer sourcing, outreach, negotiations, campaign oversight, and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing managing paid partnerships
- Agency experience, particularly with brand-side campaigns in CPG, food, beverage, and/or spirits
- Proven success in client-facing roles with strong rapport-building skills
- Deep familiarity with influencer contracts, rate negotiation, and campaign KPIs
- Strong project management skills with experience across multiple accounts
