Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive email and SMS marketing calendar aligned with product launches and brand storytelling
- Build and own lifecycle marketing strategies tailored for both new and repeat customers
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing email and SMS programs within a DTC health, wellness, beauty, or supplement brand
- Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and conversion best practices
- Proficiency with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo or similar
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills focused on ROI
- Bonus: experience with loyalty, referral, or subscription platforms
