• Manage test development staff, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Coordinate project plans and timelines for test item development and conduct field testing

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with at least two years of relevant experience
• Expertise in English oral language development or proficiency assessment for multilingual learners
• Experience teaching K-12 multilingual learners in U.S. school contexts
• Experience developing multiple choice test items for K-12 students
• Experience managing complex assessment projects
