Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in handling high-exposure claims within a specific line of business
• Provide technical advice and direction to claim adjusters and defense counsel on litigated files
• Research coverage opinions and participate in training of department personnel

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Prior experience handling complex, large claims
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
• Associate in Claims Designation
• CPCU designation or other continuing education preferred
• Proficiency with current technology and claims systems
