A company is looking for a Correspondence Analyst to create and manage effective communication strategies across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate correspondence requirements into clear and compliant communications
- Organize and manage business needs for portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder feedback and operational insights
- Identify and implement process improvements for correspondence channels and provide training on best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, health management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in insurance, with 2+ years in document management systems and forms automation tools
- Proven experience as an Experience Owner or Product Owner in Agile projects
- Preferred knowledge of Group Benefits, including Leave Management and Disability
- Strong understanding of document management principles and industry standards
