Job Summary

A company is looking for a Correspondence Analyst to create and manage effective communication strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate correspondence requirements into clear and compliant communications
  • Organize and manage business needs for portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder feedback and operational insights
  • Identify and implement process improvements for correspondence channels and provide training on best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, health management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in insurance, with 2+ years in document management systems and forms automation tools
  • Proven experience as an Experience Owner or Product Owner in Agile projects
  • Preferred knowledge of Group Benefits, including Leave Management and Disability
  • Strong understanding of document management principles and industry standards
