A company is looking for a Loan Administrative Specialist to join their Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile and track funding package totals and investigate discrepancies
- Execute disbursements related to funding received, including loan payoffs
- Provide cross-functional support to Sales, Funding, and Titling teams with post-loan funding activities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Accounts payable/receivable experience preferred
- Strong understanding of funding processes, loan servicing, or automotive finance is a plus
- High computer literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
