Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Sales Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the full loan sales operational lifecycle including preparation, execution, and post-sale follow-up
• Identify and resolve complex quality or compliance issues through root cause analysis
• Manage a team responsible for operational loan sale tasks and collaborate with internal teams to meet investor requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mortgage operations, post-close, or loan delivery
• Working knowledge of mortgage documents and investor eligibility requirements
• Experience with LOS platforms and investor portals
• Familiarity with agency and non-agency loan sale requirements is preferred
• Understanding of capital markets timelines and post-close operations is helpful
