Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily servicing operations including payments, adjustments, and customer inquiries
- Analyze servicing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Build process flows and documentation for new servicing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in consumer loan servicing or financial operations, preferably in FinTech
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and Databricks
- Experience in writing SOPs and designing workflows
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
