Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Analytics Operations to drive reporting and analytics initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Master and roll out existing analytical tools, ensuring effective user training and support
• Manage user access, security policies, and oversee the support desk for timely resolution of issues
• Drive user adoption of analytical tools through monitoring and targeted outreach

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years of experience in technical program management and project implementation
• 2 - 4 years of business analytics experience with familiarity in key metrics
• 2 - 4 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI and SQL
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and ETL processes is a plus
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
