Key Responsibilities
- Define key metrics and methodologies for Marketing and CRM analytics aligned with business goals
- Identify opportunities and issues through data analysis and present actionable insights
- Develop user-friendly Tableau dashboards to monitor Marketing and CRM KPIs
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of analytical experience, preferably in B2C marketing analytics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools
- Solid statistical knowledge and experience in analyzing complex data
- Familiarity with GIT and Airflow is a plus
