Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant to support marketing and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and distribute donor outreach letters and emails to increase engagement
• Design newsletters and marketing materials using Canva
• Post regularly on social media platforms and grow followers

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in social media marketing, marketing support, design, and/or community engagement
• Proficiency with graphic design tools, particularly Canva
• Experience with Squarespace or similar website management platforms
• Strong understanding of branded content and donor communication strategies
• Sensitivity to the needs of vulnerable populations and a mission-driven mindset
