- Monitor and optimize lead management processes, including Marketo and FSC integration
- Manage project workflows, compliance reviews, and QA processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in philanthropy or financial services
- Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Financial Services Cloud
- Skilled in content creation for emails, websites, and marketing collateral
- Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and user experience best practices
