Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Marketing who will develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive patient acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize the company's marketing strategy
- Manage the company's website, social media, email marketing, and content marketing efforts
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in marketing for middle-market companies ($10 to $100M revenue range)
- Experience leading growth functions, preferably with B2B/B2B2C experience
- Proficiency in mid-funnel nurture and various forms of media, e.g., social media & video
- Track record of optimizing acquisition efforts on a CAC and LTV basis
