Key Responsibilities
- Identify key provider selection priorities for plan sponsors and decision makers
- Partner with Product Development, Sales, and Service teams to innovate product offerings
- Design and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies for new and existing clients
Required Qualifications and Education
- 10+ years of product/marketing management experience, preferably in retirement services or workplace benefits
- Understanding of competitive marketplace dynamics
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies
- Strategic planning skills
- FINRA fingerprinting required
