Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of regional managers and fellows overseeing communication and marketing activities across multiple states
- Develop and implement cohesive communication strategies and ensure effective operations within regional portfolios
- Oversee project management, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports on regional communication activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or campaigns
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience managing remote teams
- Proven project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with systems/process design and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to coach and support staff in content development and campaign strategy
