A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives through workflow design, measurement models, and reporting on campaign performance
- Maximize the use of the revenue technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and 6sense
- Manage daily administration of email campaigns and optimize the revenue funnel
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Webflow
- Ability to build and optimize marketing processes, including lead scoring and routing
- Solid understanding of automation workflows and performance reporting
- Expertise in Excel/Sheets, including Vlookup and Pivot Tables
