- Develop and implement targeted retention marketing strategies across owned channels

- Analyze performance and apply findings to improve future strategies and experiments
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Retention Marketing role with a proven track record in campaign execution
- Strong technical expertise in Braze or similar ESP platforms
- Experience in designing and executing experiments with data science teams
- Understanding of CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR requirements and inbox deliverability standards
- Familiarity with data segmentation, attribution, and basic SQL knowledge
