A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to build and maintain the full lead-to-revenue pipeline in HubSpot
- Lead the design and implementation of MQL and SQL definitions, and develop an intelligent lead scoring model
- Build and maintain attribution reporting to track campaign effectiveness and ROI across channels
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations with hands-on ownership of HubSpot
- Experience with AI tools for marketing automation or predictive analytics
- Proven experience managing marketing-to-sales handoff workflows
- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics across various channels
- Experience managing marketing campaign projects in Asana or similar tools
