Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations within HubSpot and optimize the marketing tech stack
- Deliver performance reporting and identify insights for operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with governance and security standards while collaborating cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or ecommerce environment
- Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot (minimum of 2 years)
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesloft
- Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment
