Job Summary
A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to manage the end-to-end proposal process for multiple responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in producing specific proposal artifacts required for third-party opportunities
- Coordinate, review, and edit proposal input from various stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance
- Manage proposal response schedules and engage in proposal knowledge management processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, English, journalism, or relevant experience
- Over 2 years of experience in analyzing RFXs and developing proposal documents
- Expertise in job-related software applications, including Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in the IT public sector industry
- APMP membership/certification is preferred
