Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform and ensure integrations with other systems
- Oversee the technical implementation and quality assurance of marketing campaigns
- Develop workflows and processes to support marketing campaigns and ensure database hygiene
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS Startup or EdTech environment
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and Salesforce, including basic HTML or CSS skills
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and experience ensuring database compliance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools
- Experience with Product Led Motions and Account-Based Marketing is a plus
