A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to scale and optimize its marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the marketing automation platform (Marketo), including lead lifecycle and integration with Salesforce
- Manage lead flow across the funnel and collaborate with Sales Ops on routing rules and SLAs
- Support campaign execution by managing setup, QA, and launch processes in coordination with marketing team members
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels and lead management
