Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize marketing operations and support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary partner to the events team, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and maximizing event ROI
- Manage key technologies supporting outbound efforts, including HubSpot and Salesforce
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of event execution and outbound sales workflows
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales operations, including CRM and marketing automation systems
- Experience managing and executing end-to-end lifecycle and email marketing campaigns
- Excellent project management skills, with experience running events and outbound sales campaigns
- Proficiency in database management and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
