A company is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to oversee cross-functional marketing projects and optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main PMO point of contact for the Marketing team and support various divisions
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives and build project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in Marketing Projects and fast-paced digital environments
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, OKRs, KPIs)
- Tech-savvy with a data-driven mindset
- Experience working with remote and international teams is a plus
