Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals in response to RFP requests and manage the process from content generation to debriefing
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to produce sales and marketing collateral and maintain knowledge of organizational project initiatives
• Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials to support proposal preparation and corporate initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of professional services marketing experience, preferably in proposal development
• Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred, with consideration for commensurate work experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong graphic design and layout capabilities
• Flexibility to work as needed to meet deadlines
