Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including tools for automation, CRM, attribution, SEO, and analytics
- Administer Pardot for email marketing operations and collaborate with demand generation teams
- Lead implementation and integration of new technologies while ensuring data integrity and alignment across systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience
- 4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and WordPress
- Familiarity with tagging, tracking, UTM frameworks, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Strong technical aptitude and project management skills
