Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide consultative service regarding insurance products

Required Qualifications
- Must possess an active Property and Casualty license or Personal Lines Producer License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role

- Proficient in using CRM systems and processing online transactions
