Mechanical BIM Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical & Plumbing BIM Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary modeling teams on complex architectural and engineering projects
• Supervise and mentor modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices and project standards
• Conduct Quality Control reviews and manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Engineering degree (civil or mechanical) with 5+ years of experience in Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects
• Strong understanding of project scope, requirements, and applicable standards
• Experience managing project budgets with a focus on cost control
• Proven experience managing teams of modelers and direct client interactions
• Familiarity with U.S.-based construction projects is a plus
