Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient machine repairs and installations for customers in the Folding Carton product line
• Act as the primary customer representative, ensuring expectations are met at every service stage
• Diagnose faults and make recommendations in customer environments

Required Qualifications

• Technical school or college education related to mechanics, hydraulics, or engineering
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the packaging or finishing converting industry
• Strong background in mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Fluency with the metric system
