Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Educate customers on health care topics and assist with selecting benefit plans
- Research complex issues and provide follow-up to ensure resolution of customer concerns
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred 1-year experience in an office or call center setting
- Ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to customers
- Proficient in navigating healthcare-related information and processes
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and adjust as needed
