A company is looking for a Medicaid Team Leader to oversee cases and manage a team of Eligibility & Application Support Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 3-4 people, including hiring and training
- Evaluate cases and develop customized eligibility planning strategies for clients
- Conduct performance reviews and address any disciplinary issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role with people management experience
- Working knowledge of long-term Medicaid and eligibility rules
- Experience with financial data analysis and spreadsheet calculations
- Proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets, and PDF editing software
