Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Coding Training Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and conducts corporate training programs focused on revenue cycle complex claims education
• Collaborates with leadership to determine training objectives and develops educational materials
• Facilitates instruction for various audiences using multiple modalities and monitors new hire performance

Requirements & Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Medical and billing coding certification
• 2+ years of healthcare experience with knowledge of the revenue cycle
• Experience with health insurance denials and one of the specified claim types preferred
• 1 year of relevant training experience preferred
