A company is looking for a Medical Records Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute all inbound documentation to the appropriate departments
- Process training records and field correspondence on a daily basis
- Provide feedback to management and perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated initiative and a strong customer service orientation
