Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare File Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs quality assurance reviews of information, correspondences, and files
- Ensures all cases contain the correct information for the examination process
- Completes and ensures all examination fees are quoted daily in accordance with company practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of two years clinical or related field experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Medicare knowledge or experience is a plus
- Must be knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
